Statcounter reports clearly shows Windows 7 had overtaken the market share of Windows XP. Windows 7 never entered into this race, which has only 12 % slightly over the market share of Mac OS. Windows XP dipped below 40% mark while the Windows 7 came to the top spot with 41%.
